This is an Illusion
Contemporary Art Practices was a three-week visual arts intensive in partnership with Arts Umbrella, designed for young artists between the age of 15 and 19 interested in developing their visual art practice, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of their own art making.
Students had the opportunity to work with leading artists, curators, and educators as they explored a range of contemporary art practices and approaches to exhibition making. Participants engaged in critiques and discussions about developing ideas, working with materials, and viewing works of art.
